- $750 for your FIRST referral
- $1,000 for your SECOND referral
- $1,500 for your THIRD and each subsequent referrals
- Unlimited Royalties – You earn royalties for each new assignment your referral takes after his/her initial assignment
- VIP Status for Your Referral – The nurse you refer may be eligible to receive VIP rewards when he/she takes an assignment within 90-days of being referred

* Above plan applies to Registered Nurses (RN) only. Applies to new referrals only. Program is not retro-active. Program starts August 27, 2018. Referrals of Dialysis Techs (DT), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Operating Room Techs (ORT) have a flat $500 referral bonus to referrer. Referred RN needs to start assignment within 12 months from date the referral’s application is received. Referred RN booked for an assignment within 90 days of being referred may be eligible for VIP rewards. Royalty payment to referrer applies to each new consecutive assignment with a break of no more than 35 days between assignments. Referrer tiered payouts and VIP rewards are based on a minimum of an 8-week assignment. Referrer payouts prorated for assignments less than 13 weeks. Referral royalties to referrer are based on subsequent consecutive assignments of 8 weeks or more. Payouts occur at end of assignment. Tiered assignment payouts will be prorated if assignment length changes due to fall-off, cancelation, early end date, etc. CRU48 reserves the right to change program rules at any time.
